The story
behind it
Enyata partnered with Sterling Capital to build i-invest, Nigeria's first social investment mobile app. The goal was to remove the traditional barriers to entry for fixed-income investments and provide a transparent, user-friendly portal for wealth creation.
What stood in the way
Traditional investment processes required extensive paperwork and physical presence. The challenge was to create a digital-first onboarding experience (e-KYC) and integrate it with various financial clearing systems while maintaining military-grade security for user funds.
How we made it happen
We developed a robust mobile application using Flutter for cross-platform efficiency, backed by a scalable Node.js microservices architecture. The solution featured a real-time portfolio tracker, automated investment maturity notifications, and a social feed for market insights.
