The client operated on a legacy Delphi-based system that was increasingly difficult to maintain and unable to support modern mobile requirements or multi-state regulatory compliance updates. Keyhole Software was engaged to lead the architectural redesign and implementation of a modern, web-based replacement that ensured high availability, enterprise security, and seamless data migration from decades of legacy records.

The primary challenge was replicating complex business logic embedded in legacy code while ensuring zero downtime during the transition. Our team architected a microservices-based solution using React and Node.js, deployed on AWS.
